The SPPM is pleased to invite your organization to increase your visibility and strengthen relationships with pediatric anesthesiology leaders who specialize in pain medicine. Industry support is key to the success of these conferences and demonstrates your commitment to improving patient care.
With unopposed exhibit hours, daily breaks are held in the Exhibit Hall, you will have an opportunity to generate new leads with pediatric anesthesiology decision makers.
SPPM 7th Annual Meeting Program
The SPPM meeting will focus on topics of interest to those involved in the prevention, assessment, and management of pain in infants, children, and adolescents. The overall goals for attendees of the program are to enhance their existing fund of knowledge, and to introduce them to new and state of the art techniques and information that affect their practice and improve the care for children in pain.
The program brings together experts from clinical and basic science disciplines related to pediatric medicine, anesthesiology, pain medicine, palliative care, bioethics and neurobiology. General topic areas include neurobiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regional anesthesia, anesthesia, surgery, patient safety, database resources, and risk assessment for abuse and addiction prevention.

Exhibitors are welcome to attend all general sessions (no CME awarded). Booths should be staffed for meal and break times held in the Hall.

EXHIBIT/SPONSOR AGREEMENT & PAYMENT INFORMATION

- A minimum of 50% of the exhibit fee is due when the Exhibit Agreement is submitted. Payment is due in full by December 5, 2019.
- Payment for an Exhibit/Sponsor Agreement submitted after December 5, 2019 must be paid in full at the time of application.
- TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PRINT MATERIALS, THE EXHIBIT AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE SPPM OFFICE BY DECEMBER 5, 2019. All exhibitors will be acknowledged in the electronic meeting materials and the website.

EXHIBIT FLOOR PLAN
The exhibit hall floor plan will be available summer 2019.
Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. Exhibit space includes:
- 6 ft table, skirted
- 2 chairs
- 8’ x 8’ area for a single tabletop exhibit
Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. The SPPM cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
The SPPM reserve the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.
The program will be available on the MOBILE MEETING GUIDE. The guide includes lecture slides, program schedule, digital posters and presentation schedule, speaker list, attendee list, and meeting room locations.

EXHIBITOR BADGES AND PRODUCT/COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Exhibitor badge names and product or company descriptions are due by January 15, 2020. Email your badge names and descriptions to Julie Hitt in the SPPM office, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional exhibit badges can be purchased for $100/badge when completing the Exhibit Agreement or separately using the SPPM credit card payment form.
