2018 Exhibit/Sponsor Prospectus

The Society for Pediatric Pain Medicine and the Congenital Cardiac Anesthesia Society will bring exhibitors together in one exhibit hall for their Annual Meetings on March 22, 2018. Both the SPPM and CCAS are sections of the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia (SPA).


Invitation to Support

The SPPM and CCAS are pleased to invite your organization to increase your visibility and strengthen relationships with pediatric anesthesiology leaders who specialize in cardiac anesthesia and pain medicine. Industry support is key to the success of these conferences and demonstrates your commitment to improving patient care.

With unopposed exhibit hours, daily breaks are held in the Exhibit Hall, you will have an opportunity to generate new leads with pediatric anesthesiology decision makers.


SPPM 5th Annual Meeting Program

The SPPM meeting will focus on topics of interest to those involved in the prevention, assessment, and management of pain in infants, children, and adolescents. The overall goals for attendees of the program are to enhance their existing fund of knowledge, and to introduce them to new and state of the art techniques and information that affect their practice and improve the care for children in pain.

The program brings together experts from clinical and basic science disciplines related to pediatric medicine, anesthesiology, pain medicine, palliative care, bioethics and neurobiology. General topic areas include neurobiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regional anesthesia, anesthesia, surgery, patient safety, database resources, and risk assessment for abuse and addiction prevention.

EXHIBIT/SPONSOR AGREEMENT & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Download and complete the CCAS-SPPM 2018_Exhibit-Sponsor Agreement (fillable PDF). Email the signed Agreement to Dana Gibson dana@societyhq.com.

Payment can be made by credit card or check. An invoice will be emailed to the contact person on the Exhibit Agreement upon receipt of the Agreement in the CCAS/SPPM office. A minimum of 50% of the exhibit fee is due when the Exhibit Agreement is submitted. Payment is due in full by January 22, 2018. Payment for an Exhibit/Sponsor Agreement submitted after January 22 must be paid in full at the time of application.

EXHIBIT FLOOR PLAN

Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. Exhibit space includes:

  • 6 ft table, skirted
  • 2 chairs
  • 8’ x 8’ area for a single tabletop exhibit

Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned. To be listed in the printed program, you must submit your exhibit agreement, including payment in full, by February 22, 2018.

Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. The SPPM cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.

The SPPM reserve the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

The exhibit hall floor plan will be available summer 2017.
